Privacy Policy

App: AI XCTestGenerator
Owner: Duy Cao
Country: Vietnam
Last Updated: March 28, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Duy Cao ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the use of the AI XCTestGenerator mobile application (the "App").

The App is a developer tool that helps generate XCTest files and test cases for Xcode projects and Swift source files. We take privacy seriously and aim to collect as little data as possible.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

By default, the App is designed so that:

Within App Store Connect’s privacy questionnaire, this typically corresponds to "Data Not Collected", provided you truly do not collect any data or use third-party analytics or crash services.

If we later introduce any analytics, crash reporting, or server-side features that involve data collection, we will update this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures accordingly.

3. Information Processed On Your Device

To generate XCTest files and test cases, the App may need to read project structure and source code stored on your device, analyze Swift files and function signatures, and generate or write test files into your project directory or export locations you choose.

All such processing occurs locally on your device. We do not receive or store this code on our own servers.

You are responsible for ensuring that any code or project files you open or process within the App may legally be handled in this way (for example, if they contain confidential or proprietary information).

4. In-App Purchases (StoreKit)

The App uses Apple’s in-app purchase system (StoreKit) to handle payments.

Any data Apple collects in connection with your purchases is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy, which you should review separately.

5. Crash Logs and Analytics

As of the date of this Privacy Policy, the App is intended to operate without collecting analytics or sending crash data to third-party services, beyond what Apple may provide to developers in an aggregated or anonymized form.

If we later integrate specific third-party analytics or crash-reporting services, we will update this section to identify those providers and describe what data they collect and how it is used, and we will update our App Store privacy disclosures.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action, including deletion of any such information that we may hold.

7. Data Retention

Because our design is to process everything locally on your device:

If we use any third-party analytics or crash reporting in the future, data retention will be governed by each provider’s policies and settings, which we will configure consistently with this Privacy Policy.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your data.

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Because the App is designed to collect minimal or no personal data, such disclosures should be rare or nonexistent in practice.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect any information processed by or through the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Since your source code and project files remain on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, development environment, and backups.

10. International Use

If you use the App outside of Vietnam, you understand that the App is primarily designed and maintained in Vietnam, and local laws and regulations regarding data protection may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We aim to follow generally accepted best practices, but you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with your local laws.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

For material changes, we may provide notice within the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Your Rights and Contact Information

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data (for example, access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection). Because we aim not to collect personal data, these rights may be limited in practice.
